Sue’s passion and drive to create and grow The Forge into the epitomy of a professional, yet personal web solutions provider, is the driving force behind every decision and project execution.

When the web was still in its infancy in this country, Sue was structuring and teaching South Africa’s first web design training course at Hirt & Carter Graphic. Her innovative and pioneering spirit lead her to work for some of the most respected companies in South Africa, namely FCB Ocean Electric, Sanlam Health, Hirt & Cater Cape Town and Old Mutual.

With this rock-solid foundation, Sue fearlessly involves herself in every aspect of development, design and rollout.

With her Catwoman oversight of everything The Forge creates and maintains, Sue is able to keep the high standard of quality of work that The Forge is known for. She is the single most defining factor of The Forge’s success and sustainability over the last 9 years.

Brendon has the eye of a perfectionist and the ability to produce designs which are of top quality. Design aside, Brendon has a degree in English which makes him an incredible asset to The Forge. When you put design and writing together, you land up with websites, which look great and read wonderfully. Brendon also has training in graphic design and multimedia authoring, as well as experience with search engine optimisation.

Always on the go and constantly busy with accelerating his knowledge, Chris has had extensive experience in operations management, search engine optimisation and web development at a number of Cape Town’s freshest web agencies.

Faiz believes that nothing is impossible. His goal-oriented and driven nature, combined with a methodical and patient character, enable Faiz to take on every obstacle life offers, and succeed against all odds. And succeed he does. Faiz is unstoppable and primarily driven by love for everything he does and is part of.

Faiz enjoys nothing more than sinking his teeth into new technologies, always exploring new ways to develop his skill set when given the opportunity.

When it comes to accounts and client queries, Judy, is always on top of things in this department. With many years of experience, Judy is capable of putting clients’ minds at ease and ensuring that clients are happy.

With immense experience in a diverse range of roles, Dee is able to work with, and rise above, any challenge thrown her way. Dee’s direct and focused, yet caring, approach enables The Forge team to work seamlessly and create the Web experience every client and user could desire. With Dee by your side, you can be certain that any task can be completed.

Cath has extensive experience in the worlds of education, Information Technology and copywriting. She uses her beady eyes to check for spelling errors and incorrect placement of verbs and grammar related problems. Most of all, Cath combines the forces, of investigation and the written word, to create content that’s readable, exciting and enticing.

Jolene, nicknamed MoJo for being full of energy and strength, is Sue’s Personal Assistant.

Jolene’s smarts and efficiency make it possible for every member The Forge team to focus on their tasks and know that the small stuff is being sweated out by a capable woman.

Jolene also has experience with web publishing and blog content management. Her good online knowledge flowing gracefully behind her diploma in Theology, in which she majored in Psychology.

Not afraid to be labeled a geek, Rou is also mad about Star Wars and fantasy literature.

Away from his computer (which is rarely) Mark is happiest bodyboarding, exploring the outdoors, or dancing up a storm.
